Prepaid Phone Card Customer Support
Read the following first if your phone card
has problems
Make sure you use the correct dial procedure. Listen to the system
voice carefully before you act. Correct dial procedure is:
1. Dial the appropriate access number and wait for instruction.
2. Enter your card's PIN number and wait for instruction.
3. Enter your destination phone number.
For domestic calls, dial 1 + area code + phone number
For international, dial 011 + country code + area code + phone number
Make sure you enter your destination number correctly, especially
when you make international phone calls where the correct entry
includes 011 + country code + area code + phone number. If you do
not enter all the necessary numbers correctly, you will likely get
only a few minutes call time instead of a few hundreds. Many customers
forget to enter the country code!
Sometimes the system may give you wrong info of your phone card.
If that happens, try it again a few minutes later.
Sometimes access numbers are busy. In that case, try it later or
check the card's info page to see if there are any other access
numbers available.
If an access number is invalid, please check the card's info page
to get other access numbers.
If you believe that your phone card does have problem, please contact
the card's tech support if applicable.
