Why didn't I get PIN instantly?
1.Please wait a couple of seconds after you pay by paypal. Web page will automatically return to our website from paypal website and deliver the PIN. If it doesn't show up, please click "refresh" button. If you close that window, please purchase again. And write an email to sales@aaphonecard.com to ask for refund. We will refund you for the uncompleted transaction in up to 5 business days. Otherwise we will send you a PIN by email in up to 5 business days.
2. Please check bulk mail or disable bulk mail in free accounts like
yahoo or hotmail. Sometimes your receipt and PIN will go there. Some
antispam software may filter it either. We know Comcast and hotmail's software
will filter our emails. Please use email account other than
Comcast.net and hotmail.com when you purchase a phone card.
3. It is because of our security program. We will send it to you
later. You can contact sales@aaphonecard.com.
4. If you pay by e-check. It will take 3-5 business day to clear
your check and then PIN will be delivered to you by email. See

1. Dial Local Access Number ;
2. After switch prompt you "Enter your destination number", dial your destination number followed by a # sign(for international dial 011 + country code + phone number, for USA, Canada and Caribbean countries dial 1+ area code + phone number). If you pre-set the Speed Dial, dial the speed number followed by the # sign accordingly. Note, DO NOT PRESS "SEND" OR "TALK" ON YOUR PHONE KEY PAD AFTER YOUR DIALING THE DESTINATION NUMBER, You local phone company might switch the call if you press "SEND". or "TALK".
3. For another call, do not hang up, dial ##;
4. For learn what destination number in your speed dial number, dial #2#speed number##. If you want to edit your speed dial, come back to this site and enter again.

How can I get rebate if I am a first time buyer?

the same email address you use to purchase phone card. Please include
your first name, last name, address (street, city, state, country,
zip code) and the receipt from PayPal in your email within 15 days
after purchase date. No attachment please. One rebate will be issued
per household. AAPhonecard is not liable for misdirected email.
Rebate valid in United States only. No other promotions combined, etc. holiday special. AAPhonecard

to request additional information regarding the rebate request and
to nullify any request that cannot be substantiated. I.D. misrepresentation

How long does it take to get the PIN after I place an order?

takes less than one minute for the majority of our customers.
How long can I use my phone card?
You can use your phone card within the period specified by each
card or until you have used all your money on the card, whichever
comes first.
What is a connection fee?
A connection fee is a fee charged on each call made and is collected
by reducing the number of minutes left on a phone card. Many phone
cards we sell do not have connection fees.
What is rounding minutes?
Rounding minutes is the time unit used by the manufacture to round
up your talk time. For example, if you have talked 8 minutes and
16 seconds, the phone company will count for 9 minutes for a 1-minute
rounding phone card, and 10 minutes for a 2-minute rounding card.
What if I've forgotten my PIN?
Once you purchase the PIN, it's yours property. It's your responsibility
to take good care of your PIN. Don't tell anybody else except yourself
the PIN number.
